I drew a golden cosmos. I used pencil and watercolor. It took me about 4 hours to complete this painting. I think the color of the sky is too light in this painting. Next time, I want to use Phthalo Blue to create a deeper blue.
In Japan, September is considered part of autumn. In autumn, vibrant flowers like cosmos begin to bloom. This photo was taken in early September at Showa Kinen Park. The hill of golden cosmos there is vast and truly impressive.
In about a month, you can see cosmos in other areas as well. There, you can enjoy various colors of cosmos, such as pink and white, so I am looking forward to it.
